Working from home is good option to seniors but for freshers they will ask to come to office.

1)No proper policies documented 2)No proper clarity what they are planning to do 3)Aggressive hiring at director levels and brings useless people as directors they only can tell stories. 4)Trap to people they will raise H1B visa they keep hold of you here as they get good benefits on you from client in terms of pay and experience 5)No company health group policy 6)It’s basically family company with friends friends all in higher management are not worthy guys.
