Team npcil is very good but sometimes in lack of Govt support, descion on basis of Mera Tera, lack of finance etc. have delayed the project gestation period or operating cost enhance in level of very high. Worked on Construction time minimization is needed on priority in favour of country.

My dislike about this corporation is that this is a government undertaken plant & the plant outsource its work through contractual work. Here I felt that government employee does not behave good with the private or contractual workers, that's it.
