Leave deduction happens after a couple of reminders when no time entries are logged for the day. Self-learning is the most efficient way to learn something for a lifetime. According to your input, it would be beneficial for all of us if we could address them face-to-face with the appropriate parties. For instance, if you work on weekends, you can record that in your timesheet and, with your RM's consent, you can plan your leaves. The interest rate on your employee loan is also not more than the government standards. The best course of action might be speak with the relevant team to better understand the steps and benefits. Open discussions can benefit all of us greatly.

Employees might be requested to support on weekends only during project high time deliverables that too on very rare occasions. We are proud that you are part of our fresher team and we are happy that we gave the opportunity to a deserving person like you. Polls are survey instrument to elicit opinions. Every employee is gifted in different ways based on their service with the organization including new joiner’s with less a week in the organization. Trainees are requested to report to office so you could be trained better, be part of the team and understand our culture and vision. Understanding how you invest your time on different verticals like, support, project tasks, training, self-learning etc. is very important for an individual growth. We would like all our employees to value their time, so they have better work life balance. This requirement plays a vital role in career development. We value the opinion of our employees, and we take every suggestion seriously to provide a better employee experience.
