Poor training, need to work more than 13 hours, no incentives if counts are more than target.. Team leaders are worst behavior.. They treat the employees as slave.. Dont even consider employees mental health and physical health.. Team leaders don't know hw to talk in official meeting with team mets.. They will talk abt personal things in meeting.. The work or project is the huge dislike…If you get any opportunity to service desk and if you have previous experience then please don’t join here because there is no technical work to be done and just creating tickets and moving the tickets to different teams, but if you are fresher and wants to join then ok.

Everything about NTT is pathetic. As there is no management. Anytime they can poke you for useless things. Everyone in this company feels like a manager in itself. The same grade level person can say anything to you in the meeting and you just can't say anything because they drinks and do party with the manager and he is like you guys take care of things. They had the full freedom of saying and doing anything. In my team, there were 3 people who pokes everytime for 3 different activities at the same time.. and manager says you have to manage it. In this organisation,manager itself allows these things. Majorly Amit Mittal and kavaljeet singh both are same in private equity at Gurgaon location. If you have raised a problem against anything then from that moment you becomes the problem for them and they raises the HR ticket for you also they start sending you multiple mails regarding breaks when you have not exceeded the time than time required. If 1 hr break is permitted officially then manager wants you to take in 15-15 minutes. Even a small conversation becomes the matter of behavioural issues. They just want you to work like a slave without saying a single word. They literally says you will have to work for 14-15 hrs if you raise a complaint. Then burden you with more work and after that finds error and make a performance issue. I would say, wait for next opportunity but never join this pathetic company....Read More

There is no job safety there all r in contract position, when I was going to interview SJRIT park , Sagar bahu, waiting for more than 3 hourse to each and every candidate, he doesn't has good skills and knowledge, simply ask one question tell me your self, and say ,"presently no job, ur cv not moving next round". But his senior manager called me took interview, and give offer letter, here training and development department is not good, no good working culture, all employees are very rude, rumours and we faced lot of problems there. Without saying anything after three months u will remove from the job. No work satisfaction at all , company campuses is good only, all senior manager were very strict, rumours to newly joined candidates, poor quality, work culture, they show anger perception towards others employees . There poor, learning and training program. There is job safety, security any time, any day, they can remove, . Sagar bahu, is waiting for removing of employees and day, rain season or winter season. There is promotion in this .company to many of employees, not all. No flexible work, here no work balance at all. There is no job safety, they could remove the job very easily. Very bad culture, literal dictatorship, no one is ready for change. Outdated system which will take days to implement change. Communication is often unclear, feedback is rarely constructive. Environment feels toxic. Would never recommend anybody.
