You need to inform one month in advance for leaves and management isn’t so great and they will not give you an appraisal above ten percent. They always say it’s because of cost cutting and no benefits like holi diwali holidays.

Job security is good and there are opportunities to go in different fields. Salary compensation is also good.

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.

The managers and the employees who is working der are not at all professionals and they tend to treat others as sales. Manager doesn't know how to treat the employees nd talk or behave with them. Managers will show their work pressure nd home pressure on employees, work life balance is very bad. Lots of partially, never recommend this company for anyone

Management is totally corrupt in this organization, specially service desk (Paramount), after working for 3 years epmloyees don't even know name of the HR. No transparency at all, HR will lie to you during the hiring process. Also, the shift hours are 10. However, the time entry you will do is for 9 hours, I don't know what kind of scam is going on here in this company.
