Very much flexible work environment. Employee friendly policies. Flexible work hours. People with great skill set will train you for the projects. Top class projects and applications to be worked.

Technologies used here are little old. Everything is defined so very less exposure to new development. In some cases few leads will keep the control to themselves and will involve others on a need to know basis

My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily with the project. i also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation not available, Growth is very low. The Work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14 hours straight in a days as i have to attend calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths,.
