There is nothing to like about the company. The company causes a lot of emotional trauma to the employee especially to the psychologists. The whole mental health department is a scam. The trigger a lot of unwanted issues in the children.

The management is not friendly. Being in the mental health department the HOD and managers exert a lot of pressure and set unrealistic standards to the employees. Setting target to the employee is the root cause of stress and burnout among the employees. In the name of motivational speech, the top management expects it's employees to give up on their personal time and work 24/7.
