The details of these issues are as follows: 1. **Hostile Work Environment:** From my second month of employment, I experienced undue interference in my personal life, where my expressions of happiness, including laughter, were questioned and misinterpreted by colleagues. 2. **Harassment and Threats:** Mr. Ganesh Buddhi Reddy and Mr. Niranjan repeatedly issued threats against me whenever I expressed joy. Despite a formal discussion addressing this behavior, the threats continued, leading to immense psychological distress. 3. **Public Humiliation and Defamation:** Instead of providing the necessary guidance expected for a new employee, I was subjected to public humiliation whenever I sought assistance, damaging my professional reputation. 4. **Invasion of Privacy and Surveillance:** Certain employees continuously monitored my interactions and personal conversations, using these instances to create work-related complications, causing undue stress. 5. **False Allegations:** During group meetings, these individuals falsely reported my work performance and behavior to management, which resulted in further damage to my reputation. 6. **Threats and Intimidation:** When I attempted to report these incidents, I faced coercion, threats, and aggressive behavior, making it impossible to work in a safe and stress-free environment. I have also received threatening phone calls, recordings of which I have retained as evidence. 7. **Unprofessional Conduct Outside Office Hours:** Mr. Niranjan called me outside official hours and issued a direct threat, compelling me to leave my residence. This act of intimidation is unacceptable and further aggravated my mental distress. ### **Demands for Resolution:** Given the severity of these actions, I demand the following from NSPIRA Management Services Pvt. Ltd.: 1. **Immediate acceptance of my resignation and full clearance of my pending dues, including salary and any other benefits.** 2. **A formal written apology from the individuals involved in the harassment and defamation.** 3. **Necessary disciplinary action against the individuals responsible for harassment, threats, and intimidation.** 4. **Compensation for the mental distress and damages caused due to a hostile work environment.** 5. **A formal assurance that my professional reputation will not be further damaged and that no false reports will be filed against me.** Failure to address my demands within **seven (2) days** of receiving this notice will leave me with no option but to initiate legal proceedings against your organization and the responsible individuals for workplace harassment, defamation, and mental distress.
