• High increments and best salaries • Last year increments were even better than MNCs • Their customers are mostly the best MNCs of India • They have a comfortable & nice working environment • No verbal abuse , From the higher management till the lower labourers. Because the management never use bad language, the labourer follow • No overtime , Never delay payment • Best place for talented people who love their work • They send employees for visits in big MNCs out of the state in big cities and also to foreign countries •...Read More

• Management gives too much freedom to the employees, so some of them misuse it sometimes • They trust their employees too much and rarely shout

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
