Though a service based company, it feels like a product based company as the client has made this organisation one of their departments/verticals as opposed to just having a few projects contract. Hence, the skill development and work satisfaction are really good.

Dislikes

The infrastructure, environment and people management can be vastly improved as the employees spend most of their time (9 hours out of 13 active hours in a day, considering 2 hours of commute) at office as compared to their personal lives.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
