You get micromanaged there by every senior. Seniors are unsupportive and arrogant , gives you lot of work and eats your credit . Owner insults you both pranav and pramod saraf ,this lead to bad mental health and they behave like they are giving you a big favour to work in their company which is not!! . And be ready to get fired anytime. And the issue they create while giving salary is insane. Even if you work hard and give everything to work ,they will ask for more from you.
