Recruitment policy is pathetic.. Take 2-3 rounds of interview and say that you have been selected and wait for the offer letter.. and after 20 days that too asking to them about the offer letter they told that some other candidate was selected..

A lot to list down here: #Indian team is terrible slow and a decade backward on the digital front. #Most departments are terrible like classical Indian culture where employees are overworked and underpaid. I can name few like RAC and other so called research departments. #Politics is everywhere. Either you fit or get isolated ruining your career here #No budget for anything. Once a good company now terrible beyond saving in some departments Old people looking for a place to stay ready to do anything(I mean it) to convince manager this is your perfect place.
