They do offsites for employees and take them to good resorts and some time team dinner to 5 star resturant.

The strategy is they will pay you around 5-10 % higher as per market standard so that you join but once you join they will put 2 people work responsibility on you. There is no proper on job training will provide to you but will be expecting that you can perform any task you they asked for. On above that they have 90 days notice period. So if you try to get out from this trap you can not get new job as no other organization will wait for you this long. You will always need to be happy with lot of work where your work life balance will turn to 0 and with negligible year end salary hike. Persons working there are complaining in nature and instead of helping new employee, they will complain about you to manager and provide negative feedback.
