As a company Novo Nordisk is really good. Employee have lot of benifits. Clients are more approachable than Indian managers.

Dislikes

Toxic culture. Manager don't act as humans. Work life balance sucks. As per tenure few people have become manager without any knowledge and they act as if they own company.
