Job security, some superior treat like anything, when employee get job threatened don't know, there will be no interactions with Hr team ,with ground issues, won't bother. If the employee didn't join with good package at time of join, he will be having issue. All the employees and colleagues will be seniors so freshers we cannot recommend. And people who are rich . We can recommend.. Poor employees or freshers cannot recommend, respect won't be there, if Hr and other departments would be interactive it might be good...Read More
