Huge pressure to meet budgets which are always impossible to achieve.You have to do the target by any means, higher management is pathetic,they know sales are happening with huge adjustments at distribution level,but nobody cares to give a solution to put an end to these unethical practices.They just put huge pressure to field executive to do budgets by any means.

Toxic management and extreme politics, in the name of Company's culture, leadership takes advantage of ruling employees leading them to mental stress. Despite of all the good work and efforts of an employee, there will be no appreciation. If one sacrifices their self-respect and follow everything their manager says, will survive here even without doing any work.
