I worked for 7 months and due to no working from client, they started treating people like as they don't have talent and they cannot perform.And after that they asked use to leave.

No importance to employee and manager doesn't have any control to do anything. All are dependant on skip level manager who doesn't have idea about employee work. if employee is close with manager then rating and promotions,otherwise no value.

my promotion is delayed for 2 yrs. Also manager given gud rating and this is changed as part of normalisation rating by skip level manager as i fought for work and promotion..suddenly they asked me to work on test scripting prjct without my interest .

No job security. Even if you stay for a decade they don't hesitate to fire you. Not suitable for experienced engineers but only for Freshers. Management keep changing and every year policies keep changing. Not many projects to choose. They'll interview for skills but give work for something else. better avoid if you are technically good. If you can compromise your career you can join. Worst HR department. They don't solve any problems but keep roaming in the cafeteria and lawn area....Read More
