All the benefits were very good. I had been at Novartis for 3yrs,n had undergone 3 cycles of rating n the last rating was 2.1 ,was behind the manager to find the reason for that rating ,but received no answer for it,n couldn't complete the pip plan as I had to quit due to some personal problems. Since then have been trying to apply for various positions ,however don't receive call from the hr,lately I learnt that it's due to that rating ,my profile is further not considered. working with Novartis has been a worst experience. There is no job security and the employess are fired on the name of Business Impact or Role Impact. The company does not care about the job security of anyone.

Lots of candidates who give interview’s don't hear back even after clearing all the rounds of interview as they are not willing to provide even a basic 20-30% hike. 2. People work in a frear ful work enviornment. Perception based culture. Colleagues do not trust each other. Internal office politics is at its peack. Management has no vision for employees. Management lies on the face. Performance apprisal is based on word of mouth. Extreme favoritism can be seen everywhere. Hire & fire policy. Lack of opertuinity to grow internally. Follows old school methods to perform basic jobs. Please do not join if you are not a CA or highly qualified. Better you look for other opertuinities. Work life balance is amazing, tech is good, salary is great, benefits are great, company culture is awesome. Lot of involvement with business stakeholders gives exposure

Opportunities for growth are less, if someone is pure techie, may get disappointed with the kind of work. Some days pressure is a lot, while most other days are quite breezy.
