-i joined this company with high hopes, thinking it would be a place of good opportunities, but it's the worst experience ever. -policies here are made only for personal benefits of a few people and discrimination is everywhere. -onboarding and induction are completely ignored. -communication is pathetic and no one has any clue what's going on. -rules are bent for some employees while others are treated like labor, i was forced to work on Saturday, Sunday. while manager and other close to HR get special privileges and takes leave whenever they want. -i was left to work alone with zero support , no input is given but manager wants output on the same day. -the office does not have proper sitting space. - the whole place is full of favoritism, biased treatment, and full of toxic politics. it feels like you are being punished for working here. - i left this organization in one month . i hope my review will help others to take decision....Read More
