With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Work life balance is the only good thing about Nordex. Company's growth is also good. Sponsorship for higher education

The work assigned to Indians is third class work. Company policies in India change based upon the mood of VP. The work we do is nothing related to work the employees do. There will be service agreement for every growth opportunity of employee.

Many things to say: 1.It is like Taluk office/Gram Panchayath office. 2.No work culture/No Standard protocol 3.Everything is running under only decision that is VP at Chennai 4.No HyBrid No Food 5.Main part is if we need to go washroom that is also biometric and pathetic washrooms entire others people also accessible.
