I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Many things to say: 1.It is like Taluk office/Gram Panchayath office. 2.No work culture/No Standard protocol 3.Everything is running under only decision that is VP at Chennai 4.No HyBrid No Food 5.Main part is if we need to go washroom that is also biometric and pathetic washrooms entire others people also accessible. My suggestion is to not to join this company
