Talent and HR team who is not responsive. Few HR managers act as if they own this company. If project gets over or ramp down, associates have to identify the other project opening by their own known sources. This so called talent team will not bridge between projects and candidates, which they are supposed to

Company has good incentive structure and you will earn decent salary only if you achieve the number( which might be not possible).

Dislikes

There are lots of policy that company follow and these policy include various penalties for employee. You will earn salary till you are achiving number as attendance is based on output matrix.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
