Work life balance is good if not necessarily from the organisation can learn a lot as you be in contact with many clients.

Dislikes

No job security and they doesn't promote their employees and lot of politics within the city and worst HR department ever as they don't respond to your problem and now a days giving really impossible tasks and deducting almost half of the salary.
