It's a hell on earth. No culture, no job security. The top management thinks every employee is a slave of the company. They expect TSMs and ASMs to work from morning 9 till night 10. Even during weekoff they expect everyone to work. I have personally seen people work continuously for 21 days with out any weekoff, and still the top management is not satisfied. Pay cuts are very common. Never expect you will get full salary or on time payment. Believes in micro management, be ready to share your selfie everyday and also your location....Read More
