It's a hell on earth. No culture, no job security. The top management thinks every employee is a slave of the company. They expect TSMs and ASMs to work from morning 9 till night 10. Even during weekoff they expect everyone to work. I have personally seen people work continuously for 21 days with out any weekoff, and still the top management is not satisfied.
