They don't pay full salary even you work 18hrs a day. No support from HR No growth opportunities Hiring and firing policy Work even on Sundays and Holidays No clarity on your achievements and incentives earned. You will have to beg for your own salary till 10th of every month and then even they dont credit.

Good incentive policy ( but on paper only) Brand name in the market.

Very poor mechanism is used for measuring attendance compliance which is impossible to achieve for most of people on daily basis. Too much target pressure Variable salary ( even fixed CTC also) , only get when you achieve defined targets. No SOPs are set to work , every day there's new compliance to achieve.
