No job security, Company doesn't give full salary and even you work for more than 12 hrs and your targets are not achieved (which is near to impossible as they are setup that way) you will be marked as absent on the day. No growth. Process is totally unstable and you will feel like you might have made a mistake. Hr never receives the calls.

Everything especially job security and company's policy on attendance and hence the fixed income.

Work life is so deranged. You might work for 12 hrs as sr.Manager and still won't be able to get the fix salary for the day instead you wil be marked as absent(LOP) NBH is not just making the life of employes miserable in this company but ruining life.
