Absolutely! I would not recommend anyone to join NoBroker and waste your time , there no work life balance, they always try to cut your cost (cost cutting process). It was worse experience of mine.

Whenever I tried to discuss an issue with him, he would dismiss my concerns, insisting he was always right. He seemed solely focused on hitting targets and numbers, disregarding the challenges we were facing.

The comfort zone I got from this company that is insane

I worked 10 months & I got termination I didn't get my 40 days salary of last 1 & half month I didn't get incentives of around 15k, suddenly I got removed for no reason, I raised a complaints against company but HR bala is not responding to the call.
