The comfort zone I got from this company that is insane

I worked 10 months & I got termination I didn't get my 40 days salary of last 1 & half month I didn't get incentives of around 15k, suddenly I got removed for no reason, I raised a complaints against company but HR bala is not responding to the call.

Nothing. If you hit the target then only you will get the salary otherwise salary will be deducted.. Normally they marked 5-6 LOP in a month... 30 days work karo without leave ka aur salary mile 20-25 days ka.. now you can assume the stress level of employees..

1. You get very good colleagues who are very supportive throughout your learning curve. 2. On-time salaries and incentives. 3. You get unlimited free food and snacks.

1. To get salary you need to complete an unachievable talk time. 2. Your day in the office depends on the manager's mood. 3. Fake commitments regarding salary when you join.

But to be honest you will not get anything whether its job satisfaction, job security, work life balance, appraisal, incentive, basic salary, you will not get anything properly, if you raise question they will give you warning, they will not listen you anything In my life I have seen many worst company but this company is worsted than others They believe hire and fire rules On daily basis hiring is going on Doesn't matter you are MBA post graduate or under 12th or under 10th You all are equal same work as MBA graduate is doing same under 10th is doing in this company. In simple words they are bagger cheater in side organization the worsted culture you will get whatever target you will achieved you will not get any incentive Incentive forget it even full proper base salary you will not get **Note** If there is no any option for you and there you are getting chance to work in this company, I will give you sujjestion, u can open kirana shop at your home but never join this company,

There is nothing that you like to daily they are doing mass hiring daily ppls quiet their job as bcz what they are doing in promotion but exectly what ppls are getting in reality, totally opposite, in simple words your life get sucks here in no broker No organization culture, No work life Balance, Always they pressured you to do work in a person life suddenly many things happen if you ask for leave you will not get that dosnt matter for them if you dieing or your relatives dieing So many things is there Honestly if there is option to give ratings in negative I will give all ratings out of 5 (-5*)
