I have been working with this company for 6 months, and I must say, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The work environment is toxic, with constant pressure and unrealistic expectations set by the management. There is a severe lack of support and appreciation for employees' hard work and dedication. The management team is unorganized and frequently changes policies without proper communication or consideration for the impact on employees used abuse language also with employees.
