There are numerous negatives and a pervasive sense of mistrust created by the management due to their policies, which they do not communicate in advance. This shadows whatever positives they have.

There is excessive internal politics between teams within the same company, leading to ego clashes and causing frustration among employees. The treatment of employees is akin to: bring in revenue and adhere to my vision for the company, or leave.
