The work culture at Nivoda is outstanding. Everyone is kind, approachable, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The leadership team is equally exceptional, providing strong support and guidance.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is still a need to manage employees' expectations in terms of compensation, while also focusing on fostering team bonds that can help maintain motivation and engagement.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
