Contributing to your nation’s infrastructure development was an immense sense of fulfilment I felt all throughout my time at NS. The technology was amazing and its interactions with other contractors was always something to be excited about. The employees were very kind and salary came on time. There was so much to learn and experience that a year felt like an eternity.

The Management. Tremendously silly discord in the functioning of the company leading to distrust among the employees and tagged unreliable by the client. A matter of shame such as this taken lightly is appalling to me. Few points to note as huge negatives for this company’s future could be: internal racism, inequality, unjustified hierarchy, silos, unqualified top management, inefficient work hours, zero employee appreciation, zero employee support, zero international understanding (not just the language), prejudice, barred hostility, unprofessional attitude towards fellow employees and lack of gratitude and the list goes on and on....Read More
