My manager Varun yadav sir and Sagar Reddy sir or Rameshwar upadhyay are very supportive and helpful mam for me they all are give me advice how to our business grow . But Some employees are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No increment no pramotion in 1.6 years so that I have resigned.

The job is quite interesting I am very struggled in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt something very on the job .

They will not tell you what to do .

They will not tell you what to do and one fine day you are asked to leave, decisions still after 8 years of inception is made like a whip which is not good at all. They say there culture has evolved and doing good now it will be for few weeks and then they will start showing true colours .old habits die hard Most conversations are in Tamil and you feel wt ? You can hear people shouting and getting furious on there subordinates which they think is ok and slowly if you are manager they will pass this trait to you unknowingly. So guys research before joining a company and wasting your career there are many companies out there , you get into this easily . So difficult companies are hard to get I understand but not impossible, choose this company if you are unemployed and want some gig to support life don’t expect more ....Read More

Toxic work culture. People in top positions are very toxic. Higher level tech people create worst architecture not giving any room to compete in the market. Because of this worst architecture product is handcuffed, we cannot think of building world class apps. Most of the tech team are less than a year experience. How can you expect building top apps with 70% of tech team being less than 1 year experience. product is also not upto the mark we keep pushing the new features instead of stablising....Read More
