Toxic work culture. People in top positions are very toxic. Higher level tech people create worst architecture not giving any room to compete in the market. Because of this worst architecture product is handcuffed, we cannot think of building world class apps. Most of the tech team are less than a year experience. How can you expect building top apps with 70% of tech team being less than 1 year experience. product is also not upto the mark we keep pushing the new features instead of stablising....Read More
