Management of the company is very poor. After working for long hour we don't get any appraisal from Manager, Work culture is very poor. We don't get holiday on famous festival such as Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali(In Diwali we get 4 holiday officially but the management only approve 1 or 2 holiday and ask for to take comp-off.

Some managers take credits of their junior works. Meeting are scheduled late to extract more of your personal time.
