Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Customer service team was very nice but there was some issue with team Manager. Manger only don't known how to manage the team properly, Team was managed as per manager's mood. If any one leave on time after work they calculate that also and humiliates us. There is nothing to be liked in the company except the brand name. Which is on downfall because of companies market policies. Which are against the dealers.

Dislikes

Work culture is very toxic. Lots of politics top to bottom. Company gives debit note to the dealers and distributors for the billing done 1.5 prior saying that wrong discount was given to the dealer.
