Salary comes on time ,apart from that everything is worst.

Everything, work culture is worst, Get calls after office hours, Employees are asked to work on some weekends & festival holidays. most people works to impress boss. Work life balance is not at all. Some managers take credits of their junior works. Meeting are scheduled late to extract more of your personal time.

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? There is nothing to be liked in the company except the brand name. Which is on downfall because of companies market policies. Which are against the dealers.

Dislikes

Work culture is very toxic. Lots of politics top to bottom. Company gives debit note to the dealers and distributors for the billing done 1.5 prior saying that wrong discount was given to the dealer.
