Iam almost work in 2 years and 3 months contract also now a day no increment and no promotion. 🤷🏼‍♂️....? What is the reason I don't know. I asked my senior officer he said I send a mail 📬 but no response in higher official.....if you don't mind can u tell me what is the reason please 🥺...

Never get any appreciate for good work done. New joiners get higher packages and old ones not get salary as per their experience and skills. Communication gap between sales team and back office persons.

Everything, work culture is worst, Get calls after office hours, Employees are asked to work on some weekends & festival holidays. most people works to impress boss. Work life balance is not at all. Some managers take credits of their junior works. Meeting are scheduled late to extract more of your personal time.
