1) Sailery structure is quite good ( average) 2) Sailery payment on time

Dislikes

1)No job Security 2) Focus on cost cutting in every manner 3) Focus on production only without proper resources. 4) Employee growth, skill development, no meaning.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
