Recent automobile sector is moving towards electric mobility and we nidician manufacture the main component (motor) engine to drive. As per the product there is lots of learning in the vast competitive market!!!

There is not a clear separation of job duties. Someone hired for logistics may be told that they're going to do purchasing or even human resources. It's all over the place. Duties should be clearly defined and the majority of the work within the scope of what the employee was hired to do.

Alternate Saturday off only and not proper sitting arrangements for employees and staff specifically for PE department & Production and quality department. Only HR and finance and Sales and purchase having sitting arrangements in office.
