I like the way company had made their incentive policy in sales. BDM who works 15 Hours a day and close all their deals in their own gets 1/5 portion of incentive which conpanies give to their Regional Managers and Other above positions.

Dislikes

Regional Manager who are just good for Nothing here Works only 4-5 hours a day and push their BDM for sales which is there own KRA. Company at head officce says that BDM work is just to give a strong and impactfull presentation at client house and rest your RM will do and bring out sales by calling and following up with the client and that is why RM salary and incentive are higher then BDM. But on real ground its just BDM who is doing everything and RM is eating Incentive out of those sales and doing Nothing....Read More
