Nibav is a fast growing company. And has a greater scope if they have proper manpower, standard training, systematic way of working.

We don't have personal time Or me time because company only focus on its thing not thinking about employees health issues. No matter what, they want the things to be some and also their no property order of working. Easily people attracted towards health issue because It's such a stressful job. No leaves, even sundays also you have ro work. If working from home they will provide half day salary.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
