The management is flexible, good 30 days leaves

Dislikes

the income stream is very instable, so are the salaries. they are mostly paid between 10-15th of next month. dont expect an yearly appraisal.

People here are very helpful, job security is there. Minimum attrition rate, no stagnancy issues, work environment is also OK, appraisal are awesome.

Dislikes

There is hardly to describe anything I dislike about the company. Management need to update on every aspect in order to achieve goals.

I am working here as a Sr. MANAGER - Tendering. I do presales, Business Development and do end to end Tendering. Preparing Business Proposals etc.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
