Job security is quite okay and salary is on-time

There is no work culture actually! The CEO says that they value the employee's growth and success. But, what they truly care is about on-time delivery.. everytime they will make you waste time or give you very less work till 5.30 pm or 6 pm. Then, even if one comes at 9.40 am, have to sit till late without any extra compensation! Their team comprises of 90 % women, women who want to dominate everyone and everything. And if someone is different, they will try to oppress and bully them. They are very shrewd with Terms and Conditions. Everyone is underpaid, so my suggestion if you want to apply here, ask 2x more than what you want, then you will get desired! Also, wfh is only for selective employees. And there is so much bias towards the old women colleagues. Also, they make you go way beyond your KRA. I have seen a manager do Excel filing and writers copy paste for translations! Plus, they'll not be grateful at all! And for all the perks, like snacks or lunch, it will be based on their old age traditions unhealthy and unhygienic! No promotion for any newcomers as the old people are fixed at their place and there will be no promotions. Hike is like 5%! Iterating this because the HR promises good hike while joining.
