It's staffing company and don't ever get into this company. Nobody is skilled persons. You don't learn anything. Only benefit is work from home and salary is less for trainers. Nextrun is very good organization for leering and improving skill, lot of opportunities for everyone, some time workload is high which give you very good learning skill and development. All Leads and Managers are good and supportive. Also WFH allow for most of the employees.

I was been interviews by them they took 3 round each of 1hr, the process took almost 2 weeks to complete.

Dislikes

Even after tell my expectation and offer I had in my hand they went ahead and took 3 round later when I cleared all round HR says they dont have the budget and maximum they can offer is Current + 2L which was irritating. Kindly if you go for interview ask them their budget
