haha Only the work pressure i get from my manager. nothing excites to work at nexturn . i prefer donot join this startup company .They change decisions accordingly more often.

Here at NexTurn, the learning opportunity is tremendously high provided one has interests and this has been key aspect that has worked for me. The offered salary during joining time is very good however, the process once established I am very much confident that organization will do very good in compensating employees year on year at a satisfying scale.

The organization is in the process of making the processes aligned to create a class however apparently it may seem as short comings, however, the class is in the making and I am glad to be part of the journey.

Work policy: The organization default employs work from home, however due to client mandates sometimes one may have to travel/operate from client location but this is again subject to employee's current situation from office

I was been interviews by them they took 3 round each of 1hr, the process took almost 2 weeks to complete.

Dislikes

Even after tell my expectation and offer I had in my hand they went ahead and took 3 round later when I cleared all round HR says they dont have the budget and maximum they can offer is Current + 2L which was irritating. Kindly if you go for interview ask them their budget
