* Team mates are good. * But the company does not maintain the facilisis as a Pvt.Ltd company should maintain. * Salary scale is terrible. * Not a good choice for fresher's to increase their skills. * And also not good for experienced developer who concern abot their satisfactory salary. * The company gives 1000 - 3000 Rs/- to their fresher's candidates. And this salary will remain same 1- 3 years. And the Experienced employees will get hardly 10,000 buck. * This is a so called Pvt.Ltd. company. They do not provide pay slip to their employee . You will don't get a joining letter. But when you switch the company, they will demand money to give you your experience certificate....Read More

Dislikes

There is nothing to like. The most terrible thing is , their is not a single Toilet for women as well as not for boy's. Boys can manage, but what about the girls. This is a small thing, now you can imagine the whole environment of the company.
