It's a good organization for a business Analyst, you'll get good learning experience and exposure, compensation is good as well along with bonuses.

Politics and people pleasing is the core on which management runs. Too much micromanagement, no freedom to make decisions, over indulgence of managers who think they own the organization

it provides work life balance, and company culture is quite amazing. The majority of the earning comes from legacy product.

Internal Hike is poor, Huge pay Parity . Redundant people in Management which leads to unnecessary reporting. Benefits are not upto mark.
