Internal Hike is poor, Huge pay Parity . Redundant people in Management which leads to unnecessary reporting. Benefits are not upto mark.

Boring and pathetic. limited to certain skill set under horrible leads who have so much pride about themselves that they do not kbow how to care other techs cause they dont know that.
