Highly disappointing.

I worked at this company for about 4 years and 6 months, dedicating a significant part of my career to its growth and success. However, my experience upon leaving was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Despite fulfilling all responsibilities and following the exit process, the company refused to pay my arrears. The CEO also creates an environment where employees feel trapped in loopholes designed to delay or deny their rightful dues, making it extremely difficult for anyone to leave. Moreover, appraisals were delayed by two years for everyone, which not only affected morale but also hindered career growth for many. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue amicably, even offering alternatives for setting the amount, but no action was taken. It's unfortunate that after such a long tenure, my contributions were undervalued in this manner. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values fairness, respect, and timely recognition of their hard work. Timings somewhere matters

It was somehow interesting as our boss used to guide us in outlr thick and thin. The colleagues are best.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
